My first thought was to see this as “organic”, however it is indeed organic, what it does have me feeling is that I’m seeing ligaments and tendons of a living creature… It is, in fact, from the runoff of the hot springs at Artist’s Paint Pots. Originally, it’s a mix of orange tones, where the long tendrils caught my attention.

There is a bit of a “B” grade horror moving feeling here. For those who remember the late night horror movies from the 70’s???

Mark, I had the same thought at first glance. Maybe even a decaying skeletal structure of sorts. Definitely a collage of organic entanglements for sure. Only thought for image is a bit of toning on the highlights here and there. No biggie on that point.

Fascinating! I love the composition and tonalities. Definitely evokes something microscopic and biological.
