This is a segment of the runoff from Canary springs that is dominated by white. In this case, white either means very hot water or no water, although the dry areas tend to be more gray than white, so a careful look will show you running/standing water in multiple areas. I zoomed into this because of the splashing water in the upper right and how the subtle blues show in the pool areas.

This is beautiful, Mark. Wonderful textures throughout the image. I love the water pools that you captured, especially the larger one at the top, it really slows off the subtle blues.
