Description

OK, these are the last four I’ll post from our Hawaii trip earlier this month. Thank you for bearing with me on all of these. I finally got one in a tree (of sorts) and on the sand (at the edge of the grass). The Saffron Finch is a new one for my wife and I.

I’ve been enjoying your series from Hawaii. This is a great set. My favorite is the Golden Plover.

Cheers,
David

A nice set of images, Ed. I’ll agree with David on the plover being my favorite.

Nice catches Ed - a fine series. All look good to me. I think the Zebra dove is my favorite.

Real nice set of images here Ed. I also think the Zebra Dove Is my favorite. We really gotta do something about getting these birds off the grass and Into some nice perches. For a grass shot, the saffron finch looks pretty good.

Great series, Ed. The little Zebra doves are just precious , and their soft call is very soothing to me.
I’m sorry this is the last of your Hawaii images - they were all fine shots.
