There are LOTS of times I get better shots from a cell phone or IPad than the A1 - especially of sunsets and stuff like this.

A nice composition and juxtaposition of the two stages of life, Sandy. The cell phone worked well for this.

Cell phone? Wow, that turned out really good Sandy. Thank you for the explanation of the color differences and life stages in this. Great natural hiSTORY.

Super!! I’ve been frustrated trying to get good shots in aquarium settings – I should try my iPhone but doubt I could come close to this one – it is truly gorgeous, with no hint of the usual JPEG artifacts or tonal harshness. And you have a lovely and interesting composition with great color!

Remember, you can bring cell phone images into Photoshop, and tweak them as needed., just like a DLSR image. Minor tweaking done on this - comp, sat, NR

Very nice, Sandy. perfectly captured, and with a cell phone no less. Amazing what those cameras can do these days. Well done.

Sandy: Reminds me of similar shots I’ve taken at the same aquarium with a cell phone. I think I was using an I Phone 8 at the time. Using a 13 Pro Max now and shoot a lot of RAW. I’ll even use PS Express on the phone and come up with some nice results. I love the comp on this and the lesson on their life stages. :+1: :+1:>=))>
