Seen in someone’s backyard while paddling a CT pond last month. The sun was just at the right angle to “light up” the tops of these grass plants. Sony RX10 IV, ISO 100, f/4, 1/400, lens at 159mm. All comments and suggestions are welcome and thanks for viewing.

Jim, you’ve got a fine mix of cattail leaves in the front, grass heads in the middle and flowers at the back. Someone has a well planned garden. The back light really does have the grass heads glowing.

Lovely image and setting there Jim! At first glance I thought it needed more canvas up top and less of the foreground cattails but the more I look at it, not sure I would make any changes. Nicely done!!!

Jim: Wonderful subject with fine light. The details in the larger version are especially nice. Well done. >=))>

Hi Jim,

Lighting is awsome and you captured this small landscape very well. The highlights on the grass is ideal…Jim
