Looking for a Nest Site

Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

Out for a walk at our local beach yesterday, my wife noticed a few snowy plovers walking around in the litter zone. March 15 is generally about the time these birds start to nest in our area. They are really difficult to see when they aren’t moving around on the beach.

Specific Feedback

Thank you for your thoughts and comments. I used a minus 1 exposure bias to try to calm down the bright light on the beach.

It is a busy image with all the debris.
I am not a fan of a large OOF area in the FG, but thats just me. I would eliminate the OOF FG. I guess it is a statement on what covers beaches.

Thank you @mark28. I wanted to show the litter zone where these plovers go to hide their nests.

Then consider that a win Ed
