Description
The duck was buffing its feathers and looked around satisfied after finishing the job.
It was pretty far away, so the image is cropped.
Specific Feedback
Would you like to see more or even less? The crop used here is chosen because the bird is clearly recognizable, but I like to include the habitat.

Pentax K3 Mk. III, Pentax 150-450 @450mm, f/7.1, 1/1000sec, ISO800. Tripod.
RAW conversion in DxO PL6, small change in curves.

I like this crop, Han. The bird still has plenty of detail and the clump behind it works very well.

Excellent detail in the Gadwall and I like the grass behind it. A very nice environmental shot-the crop seems right on. It’s nice to have more than just the water for these duck images (though the ducks don’t always cooperate).
