I recently pulled 20 years of raw images into a Capture One Catalog (works much like Lightroom). I have always just used file folders and a file naming scheme to manage the raw files. I’m also reprocessing everything in Capture One starting with 2002 and working my way up. It’s also a perfect opportunity to cull the lesser images from the collection.
This is from 2007 at Waterfront Park in downtown Portland, Oregon. I try to get there each spring to photograph the cherry blossom bloom. This obviously was shot well before sunrise. I was never happy with the color version. Sickly yellow light from the street lamps just didn’t work. In reprocessing it, I decided it might look better in B&W.
