This is a a really nice sunset, and a good foreground to go with it too. The processing of dynamic range here looks great, with nice realistic and natural looking detail in the foreground. The pilings have just the right amount of shadow detail in them.

My only suggestion relates to composition, the image feels somewhat bottom heavy to me. I like having some sky above the dark band of clouds, but there is a lot of negative space at the top. I might suggest a crop just above those little wisps of clouds near the right edge. This would leave some breathing room above the sun, but would make the image less bottom heavy. Just my opinion…
