On a walk and saw this Rain Chain. I really have fallen with huge interest for the Rain Chains… BUT in this image no water. I caught the sunlight coming though the cups. Kinda different and interesting. So I thought I would share my image… Keep it simple and fun… Most Important

Any comments would be great. How does it work in B&W. Is my contrast idea cool…
Technical Details
ISO 1000. Shutter 500 f14 edit in Photoshop… kept the editing down so the flaws in the cups are real..

I was looking at some other images. and see artificial light with sunlight coming though the cups. Not really sure how this works out but still kinda cool …
I like it, Gill. For those familiar with the rain running long and hard all winter (i.e. Northwesterners like me), this is a welcome sign. I like the cutouts on the cups and the contrast throughout. If it were my image, I might be inclined to cut off the top cup, just to simplify the background to just show the board and batt siding.

Thanks. I think the light may be both Sun and artificial light but not sure.
