Great find, Sandy and very nicely presented. I like the black background for this one and the combination of a very simple composition with very complex subjects.

This is a nice unique image Sandy. I looks like fireworks against that dark BG. Cool shot.

Sandy, this is a unique perspective, and as @Ed_Williams said, reminds me of fireworks. I love the water drops in the old remains of the dandelion. The black BG works well for this. Nice.

But it’s only five past nine! Really hard to get this right, but you did. Studio shot, or in situ?

@Mike_Friel - down on my hands and knees in our side yard! Jim had to get me up…
Blacked out the BG with the levels slider.

This looks very good, Sandy. The two final seeds stand out well, while the dew drops on the sepals and stem add balance. The black background does make it look like a studio shot as it lets the details show very well.

Thanks, evryone, for the kind comments and thank you @Shirley_Freeman for the EP - unexpected!

Mike, This would have been a good title…wish I’d thought of it!

Sandy, I missed this one. I like the simple composition and plenty of details present for the viewer’s eye. Awesome and congrats on the EP…Jim

I’m late to the show here, but have to comment. This image is stunning. So simple and perfect details. I love the addition of the water drops. This is an unusual rendition of this plant and so eye catching.
