Critique Style Requested: Standard
The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
While driving on a country road a few days ago, these colors and textures in the ditch caught my eye. Just as I got out of the car to take a photo, it began to rain adding even more texture and interest to the scene.
What are your thoughts on the crop?

Rain came at the right time. The crop looks good to me except there are two very small bright areas right at the top edge that could go.
Chris, you’ve got a fine mix of reflections, ripples, grasses and floating moss. Your crop looks fine to me. Congratulations on seeing this scene and stopping to explore, “the ditch”.

The crop looks just fine to me also, Chris. I agree with @Diane_Miller about the couple of bright areas along the top edge that could be cloned . I am enjoying the color palette as well as the concentric circles from the raindrops hitting the water. Nice eye to spot this gem.
