Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

Churchill, Manitoba
Sandhill and Juvenile
Very large crop + heavy rain

I know this isn’t the sharpest of shots, with the rain and the distance, but I’m going for an artistic image with the nice colours. and poses.

Sandy: I think you achieved your goals nicely here. I’ve seen cranes like this in Yellowstone but only from a great distance and nowhere near close enough to make any kind of image. Nice find and a fine overall result. >=))>

Very nice, Sandy. It’s always nice to get a juvenile Sandhill and I really like the rain and the setting. There’s an our of focus gray stub of something just above the rocks on the right side that for some reason grabs my attention and I 'd lose it.

Good sense o mood in this image . I like the effects of the rain on your image.what

Looks good with the heavy rain. I would not adjust brightness which would change the overall mood of the photo……Jim
