Slot Canyon?

Found some tulips at the store this morning so I posed them in our patio window and had a nice session. This is pretty close to 1:1 so I had to stop down to get the edge of the “canyon” and some of the interior details sharp. All comments welcome.>=))>

Bill, this is a beautiful, flowing abstract. It would make a fine, artistic wall hanging.

Very strong graphics and beautiful textures and colors, Bill. I like this a lot.

Great shot!!! The slight elegant curve to the composition and the peek into the inner petals lets the viewer imagine the magnificent bloom to come. Also like the subtle texture component on the petals.

Bill
This is simply gorgeous.

Bill : the perspective on the flower emphasizes the flowing lines beautifully. I like the image. Maybe the top R corner lacks a little in interest ( I found the quite superb Rolling Shadows stronger throughout the frame ) but that’s a small nit.

What a delightful image Bill. I love the velvet like texture and graceful lines. The soft light has really brought everything together.

For a second there I thought Ram had come back! Good stuff, Bill.

Bill I love all: the original composition, the colors like pastels thanks to the great luminosity and the low contrast. It’s not an abstract for me. Beautiful.
