I like the transition from the bush to the rock to your background subject. The light on the face of the hoodoo (is that what it is called?) is amazing. I wonder if you could bring out a bit more contrast and/or saturation in the sky?
I like the idea, but find the bush/grass and boulder disconcertingly bright compared to the sky. Maybe play with balancing that. Looks like you had a great workshop.
Mario, I love most of your photos but this one doesn’t work for me. It is like it is two photos: one of a bush, and one of rocks. Although there is a diagonal from bush to rock, to cliff, my eye gets stuck on the bush and the rest of the photo is lost.
Thank you @DeanRoyer @Kris_Smith @Tony_Siciliano for your time and comments. Looking at the image after the comments I agree about the light on the bush/boulder. I was trying to emphasize the diagonal Tony talks about. I take a pole at a rework.
