I posted this in macro a few weeks ago but thought it fit the challenge perfectly. The leaf was caught on a spider web in our front yard and I liked the light and BG especially. All comments welcome. >=))>

@Bill_Fach This is a lovely image. When I first looked at it I was struck by the background separate and extremely sharp leaf. I wondered how you got that distance until I saw the thin line of web. I like the lighting and focus contrast.
Bill, I remember this. It’s just as good now and does fit the theme well. Love how the tip of the leaf is folded over the strand of silk. The greens in the background contrast well with the dried leaf. What a neat way to isolate a leaf in mid-air.
Excellent color, textures, and lines. I like the background and it works well in isolating the image.
