A reworked shot of a stellata magnolia from a few years ago - it was nice to catch the buds opening at their different rates.

A beautiful composition with superb control of the depth of field, Ian. I really like the light in this image, and the hidden dew drops area real treat.
I like the composition with the three phases of bloom against the greenish background. Water droplets are a nice addition.
Ian I love composition and background. I would like it better without the light blue color in the middle of the petals but you love blue!
Great story telling image with the different stages of bloom. Placement in frame and background are excellent as well. Nicely done.
Ian, this is a lovely trio that stand out beautifully from the background. The details in the open bloom with the subtle touches of blue and the drops of water are a fine extra bit.
