Description

The end of summer (always hot and dry here) is a low point for inspiration – until I start playing with ICM. This an another single-exposure, only very subtly changed from the original except for a big crop from the left side.

Technical Details

Cropped from the left to about 50% of the frame. Into PS for some very minor highlight cleanup with the old-fashioned spot healing brush. Two gradient masks for Curves adjustments.

Sure does look like rain pelting on a window…or a veil. Love the soft muted colours and the shapes of the branches.
