Hiking in Redwood Canyon Kings Canyon National Park in the middle of a fall day I was looking to the shadows for compositions and wondered what the underside of the smaller / dense plants would look like. I love the branch lines and mosaic pattern of colors I was recently thinking about creating a jigsaw puzzle out of it.

Wow, such vivid colors - I love it! The way you arranged the dark branches in the frame is quite pleasing. This would make a vicious puzzle!

This is very well seen, Ken. The colors are great with the scattering of dark branches pulling it all to gether well.
