Hi Charlie, nice exposure on the bird with details in the shadows. Nice sun on the head with a catchlight in the eye. I like the perch too. My main nit is the shooting angle - kind of steep but I realize out of your control.
I agree with Allen on this one. Very good job on the detail and light on the bird. I think it is slightly underexposed resulting in oversaturated sky.
