What a pleasant frame, Dave! You have handled the black and the colors very nice. The sun angle and the head turn are spot-on. I could wish a little more room on the left and right of the bird. Thanks for sharing this beautiful bird.

This is a really nice backside view of the tanager. The head turn really makes this nice . I do wish for more room in the frame however

Very nicely exposed David and I love the backwards look. Fine colors. A little more room on both sides should help some. Well captured.

Gorgeous shot of the Tanager, Dave. One of my favorite western birds and you nailed it. I agree with the others about the room, but I suspect this is full frame or you would have given it a bit more.
