The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
A place with lots of black, nearly black and grey structures. The water has shaped the rocks and swept away almost any vegetation that tried to start a life here. A small spot in a vaste landscape beyond the limit of the image.
Specific Feedback
This was a place where I had to search for the angle to do justice to the scene. What do you think of the crop? Would you prefer to see more, or would you prefer a close-up of a smaller part?
Any other comment welcome as well.
Technical Details

Hans: I’m assuming this is a coastal shot. It looks very much like some of the features on the Oregon coast where the volcanic rock has been pounded smooth by the waves. I like your crop since it lends a bit of mystery to the scene. Is this on the coast or is it a river funneling into a crevice? Well seen and superbly captured. >=))>
I really like this one Han. The water and rocks have a dark and threatening look. I really like your SS which retains the rough water, yet smooths out the flow into the chasm. I would not want to get caught up in that flow.
Han, there are several aspects to you image that I enjoy: I would echo Ed’s comment on the SS as I like that there is still detail in the water hinting at the power of it, your focus and detail in the rocks is superb, and you even caught the ‘S’ curve of the water moving through the frame! Nicely done.
