Awesome catch! Decisive moment indeed! Catching that drop at it’s apex of movement allowed for possible any shutter speed - even 1/100 isn’t terribly fast for freezing water - but it did so here!
Also love the patterns in the water and of course the colors beneath.
Not much to suggest and no nitpicks other than the thought of a slightly tighter crop just for more attention to the drop.

Sorry to sound contrarian, but have you looked at cropping the image and make a large image of the amazing capture of the drop. Just a thought.
