Is this a composite: No
Canon R5, Canon 100-500, 1.4Ext, f9, 508mm, 1/2000, -1EV, ISO 640. The shot was cropped by 10% into a 16 by 9 and I increase the vibrance and reduces the highlights in DXO PhotoLab 4.
Nice reflection of egret Peter.
Really nice reflection shot Peter. I like the sharpness and exposure on the bird. I like the composition but wish for more space below the reflection to help balance out the image (and seems kind of tight there). A very minor nit would be to remove the light blob in top center in the background.

Allen beat me to it, Peter. I was going to suggest cropping below the white spot on the top and adding a bit on the bottom, but this has about the same effect. Nice image.
