Took a cruise through our garden this afternoon and was doubly pleased to find this daisy with a hoverfly hanging around on it. Must have gotten warm enough for the critters to stir. Got about five shots before it took off for sunnier spots but I liked how this turned out. All comments welcome. >=))>

Lovely soft lighting seeping through the petals , Bill. Iām jealous you still have daisies popping up, everything is hibernating over here in the hill country. Nice of the fly to hang around for a couple of shots. Nicely done.
A very nice find for this time of the year, Bill. Our garden is all brown, and no Hoverflies in sight till spring. I too like how the light is coming through the pedals at the bottom of the flower. Nice placement of the Hoverfly as well. Nicely done.
Bill, this is a fine look at the daisy and especially the hoverfly. The details in the center stand out well. This might be a bit more inviting if you removed some of the blue from the shaded parts of the petals.
