David, I agree with Dennis that this is a well seen scene. The jagged boundary along the left adds a fine bit of extra interest. I remember you posting something looking similar but from a piece of sandstone. The similarity (although I assume the sizes are dramatically different) is quite striking.

Hi David, this is a really cool composition. I like how all the smooth lines are juxtaposed by the jagged ending, which reminds me of fingers crawling up the sand trying to escape the water. Nicely captured!
