The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
This was another image taken from the back seat of our van while my son was out chasing velvet ants in the scrub at Gillespie Wash in SE Arizona.
Specific Feedback
Not sure about the crop. I like the little bon bons on the mesquite bush, but including them pushed the BF down and to the right quite a bit, and facing the edge of the frame instead of the center. All thoughts and suggestions are welcome.
Technical Details
Canon R5, f10, 1/3200s, iso 3200, 100-500+1.4tc at 700mm, cropped to about 50% of frame. Topaz denoise.

Excellent depth of field and angle to get everything in such nice focus, Ed. I wouldn’t be able to resist the bon-bons either and this composition works for my taste. The butterfly shape doesn’t imply incipient motion that much to me, so having it in the corner doesn’t bother me.
I agree with Dennis. @Dennis_Plank. And to me, this sure is a nice shot with or without the butterfly. I really like the lighting on all parts of the mesquite bush. I get drawn to the flower first, then the butterfly then Bob Bons sticking out for sun. Thanks
Oh, this is nice, Ed. I love the composition very much. I’m drawn from the top left down to the butterfly. Not familiar with the plant or the butterfly, so for me there is plenty to enjoy. The smooth BG just makes the plant and butterfly stand out nicely.
Ed: IMO snouts are not particularly attractive butterflies but this is an exceptional capture. Terrific comp with the branch moving through the frame and the leaves and buds are wonderful complements. Most excellent! >=))>
