To put it mildly, Ben, I am happy with this image too. Except for that small yellow leaf at the bottom, which you could remove! You are a Master of Green.
Ben, you have captured a really beautiful image and mood. I find summer landscapes somewhat difficult becuae of all of the green but that’s not the case with your photo. If there is anythign that I notice is that the trees in the background tilt to the right, but maybe that’s how they are in reality. Either way a beautiful serene summer image.
Hi Ben,
Magic indeed! The greens are quite lovely and I love the character of the main tree as it has this stately presence about it. The light throughout this beautiful woodland scene is sublime; particularly that area to the left of the tree. I am really enjoying the serene peaceful vibe to this image as I have been sitting here for a couple of minutes just letting it soak in. No suggestions from me as this is beautifully done.
This is quite lovely and magical, Ben. You should be happy with it. The light is just beautiful. I love the vertical flowers or whatever they are hanging from the tree. THey add a lot of visual interest. I would be inclined to remove the diagonal limb in the ULC. I’m really enjoying this.
This image makes me wish I were there, or at least somewhere very similar.
The light coming from the right and landing on the tall white wildflowers has a nice, peaceful feel to it.
