Description

The beach is interesting, especially because of the nice shapes of the sand with low tide. Here I saw a face.

Rob, what an amazing find! Great eye to see it, great job capturing it!

Really cool shot Rob; appears to be a drone shot? Nice composition with enough space on the left. B&W works fine here with all attention devoted to the head. Different water motions hint at how he was formed.

I see a shark and a sandman. Nice find and well composed.

Yes, the face has a very pointy nose. I also like how the ripples in the water coordinate with the textures in the rock.

Fantastic shapes and textures. So much to run the eye over and enjoy. I like the subdued palette however you achieved it as it reinforces the repeating patterns.

I love the sandman. you can see the eye nose and mouth clearly. Just beautiful. I also like how the little shapes in the sand work great with those in the water. They are different enough to make the two seperate. I think black and white can work here but I love the blue color of the water as it helps to seperate the shapes.

Rob: Really good vision to see this and a fine capture. B&W works really well for me here. :+1: :+1:>=))>

I appreciate the face but what I really like is the disciplined processing. What a gift of light for the photographer. There is a whole spectrum of blues and blacks here and the overall darkness creates a great mood.
